It's been a slower few weeks for picking up donations and discards, but here's what I've found lately.
One of my all-time favorite sci-fi books. Earth is being attacked by an alien race, and there's a training program focused on younger kids and raising them to be future generals. The story follows Ender through his training and struggles.
Also, there was a large donation of DVDs, so I grabbed these:
A retired CIA agent's daughter is kidnapped in Paris during a vacation, and he springs back into action to find her before it's too late. I think Liam Neeson taught Matt Damon for the Bourne Series.
A small group decides to execute the perfect robbery in a New York bank. An intense cat-and-mouse battles ensues with detectives and the group, as their true means and motives are slowly revealed.
That one Batman movie directed by Christopher Nolan before The Dark Knight. Really good movie for the resuscitation of a great franchise.
